Wanderworks Acceptable Use Policy

By using Wanderworks's messaging services, Client agrees not to:

1. Send messages to any recipient who has not provided prior express consent to the specific type of message being sent.
2. Use contact lists obtained from third-party data brokers, list vendors, lead-generation companies, or any source other than direct customer interaction with Client's business.
3. Send messages in any of the A2P 10DLC Forbidden Content categories, including:
   • Debt collection or debt consolidation
   • Payday lending or high-interest lending
   • Cannabis (CBD/THC products and services)
   • Gambling, sweepstakes, or lottery
   • Firearms or ammunition sales
   • Hate speech, violence, harassment
   • Sexually explicit content (S.H.A.F.T.)
   • "Get rich quick" schemes or work-from-home programs
4. Misrepresent the identity of the sender or the nature of the message.
5. Send messages outside the recipient's local quiet hours (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM local time, per TCPA).
6. Fail to honor opt-out requests immediately.
7. Re-contact a recipient who has opted out without first obtaining fresh, documented consent.
8. Use Wanderworks's services in any manner that would violate any applicable federal, state, or local law.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.
